CARE Australia is looking to fill the position of Southern Provinces Program Coordinator in our Laos Country Office. This position leads, and provides overall quality assurance, on all aspects of the integrated rural development program in Champasak and Sekong. The Program Coordinator also provides leadership, capacity building and supervision to a team of national managers, specialists and partners.
Your experience in rural development and project management in international development as well as skills in program design, financial management and proposal development will allow you to perform highly in this exciting role. Your leadership and capacity building skills as well as your ability to foster productive relationships will be complemented by your ability to think strategically and respond effectively to challenge.
